Historic Projects
Historic renovations require an advanced mindset:
- Understanding client need
- Understanding construction need versus the needs of history
- Understanding cost and schedule versus project need
BW Kennedy & Co. approaches each historic restorations project with experience and the respect it deserves, but we balance this approach against the very real pressures of cost and schedule.
