Historic Projects

Historic renovations require an advanced mindset:

  • Understanding client need
  • Understanding construction need versus the needs of history
  • Understanding cost and schedule versus project need

BW Kennedy & Co. approaches each historic restorations project with experience and the respect it deserves, but we balance this approach against the very real pressures of cost and schedule.
