At BW Kennedy & Co., we offer a full range of services from preconstruction planning through construction and post occupancy services. How we deliver those services will vary based on each client’s unique needs. In some cases, we help clients to determine the feasibility of their project from an early concept stage, with very little information available. In other cases, when clients already know exactly what they want, we help to create a path to delivery that makes the most of their budget. We tailor our services to meet your needs.
In addition to the traditional Design-Bid-Build methodology, BW Kennedy & Co. provides Design-Build services. Given the complex nature of most of our work, this project delivery system allows us to accelerate the project schedule and achieve cost savings. We have numerous well-cultivated relationships with leading Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Process, and Fire Protection companies as well as code consultants to ensure we effectively meet our clients’ design needs within their specialty or market segment. Construction
BW Kennedy & Co. provides comprehensive construction services, ranging from managing subcontractors to ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They have extensive experience in traditional Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build methods and can expertly execute projects on time and within budget. Through our role as your general contractor we strive to exceed your expectations while meeting schedule and budget.
Post Occupancy Services
Throughout the course of a project, we aim to develop a partnership with our clients that will allow us to continue to assist them with their needs even after the project is complete. No matter the size of the work, we provide efficient post occupancy services.
